Returns & Pre-Orders

This policy explains how preorder timelines, cancellations, returns, and damaged-item issues should be handled for Cyncronyze merchandise campaigns.

1. Pre-Order Commitment

Certain Cyncronyze merchandise is offered as part of limited pre-order campaigns. By placing a pre-order, you are securing access to a product that is not yet fulfilled at the time of purchase.

All pre-orders are final sale. Payment is collected immediately to reserve your item and support production and campaign execution.

2. Fulfillment Timelines

Estimated fulfillment timelines may be provided on product or campaign pages. These timelines are projections only and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to production, logistics, demand, or external factors outside our control.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Exceptions may be made only if:

  • The item becomes unavailable
  • The order cannot be fulfilled
  • An associated event is canceled, if applicable

4. Merchandise Returns

Due to the limited and campaign-based nature of our releases, all merchandise is considered final sale.

We only accept return requests for:

  • Damaged items
  • Defective items
  • Incorrect items

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and supporting images.

6. Shipping

We primarily ship within the United States. Limited international shipping may be available depending on destination and shipping feasibility.

7. Event-Related Conditions

Some products may be associated with future events. Event participation may be subject to age restrictions, including 18+ entry requirements, venue policies, and event-specific terms.
